David Symons (Tourists Garden Route): January 2022 - I cannot recommend the services of Executive Immigration highly enough. My wife and I were caught up with the sudden cancellation of flights to the UK and needed to extend our tourist visas until March 2022. I couldn't find any information on the VFS Global website that related to our situation. I found the website for Executive Immigration and emailed Melanie with my questions. She responded so quickly, not only with answers to my questions, but also with the reassurance that we did not need to apply for an extension as a temporary waiver had been granted by the Department of Home Affairs until the end of March 2022. Importantly, Melanie also attached a copy of the relevant government document to confirm the situation. I'm so thankful for the help and advice that I was given and this company is an example of South African customer service at its very best. Thank you to Melanie.
Wandai Msevenzi (Port Elizabeth) - Permanent Residency: November 2017 - Dear Hein & Melanie. I would like to convey my profound gratitude for the excellent service I have received from you guys at Executive immigration over the years. Your assistance with my Temporary Residence Work Visa, Extensions and now my Permanent Residence Permit was smooth and painless. Everything was plain, straightforward and you made it look so simple. Without your advice and professionalism, it would have been a very hard and long road to get these documents sorted. I recommend you guys 100% to anyone wanting to use your services. You are awesome. Keep up the good work, Executive Immigration.
Winn-Yam Ayessaki (Port Elizabeth) - Permanent Residency: November 2017 - Service Recommendation: Executive Immigration have assisted me with my Critical Skills visa as well as my Permanent Residency. The team was informative, very warm and involved throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking immigration related services in South Africa. All the best, cordially Winn-Yam.
Lewis & Nobs Nzira (Mosselbay) - Permanent Residency: July 2016 - What a pleasure working with you guys. I have been in South Africa for 7 years on work permits. My permit was renewed yearly based on the time frame of my contract. However in the 6th year my application for Permanent Residency Permit and Work Permit were rejected based on technicalities I could not handle. Fortunately my wife had been told about Executive Immigration. The first call we made to them made us believe in their ability to deliver. When we shared our story they took it and literally owned the process on our behalf. Our permits were subsequently renewed after Executive Immigration lodged an appeal so was my Permanent Residency Permit. I am waiting for the ID with a broad smile. We are grateful for their assistance. Lewis and Nobs
Moira & Gabriel Nyondo (Garagams, Garies-Nothern Cape) - Spousal Visa: May 2016 - Client wrote this in Afrikaans, so we have translated it for the website. " Gabriel and I would just like to thank you so much for your service to us in assisting and follow up work on finding Gabriel's Visa that was submitted since March 2015. You informed us on a regular basis with emails sent, phoned us when necessary and did not give up hope with us. We will be forever grateful to you. When I told Gabriel that his Visa was ready for collection, he laughed and gave a petrol attendant a hug. May you continue to give great service. God Bless, Moira & Gabriel.
Keith & Judith Flevill (Sedgefield) - Permanent Residency: Jan 2016 - Judith and I would just like to thank you and Hein very much for your hard work and perseverance in obtaining our Permanent Residency and as well for your very kind gift which we will enjoy consuming. Geert van Kaathoven (Plettenberg Bay) - Permanent Residency: Jan 2016 - Hi Hein & Melanie. Thanks for your great service and support in the process of obtaining my Permanent Residency in South Africa. Keep up the good work!, Regards Geert.
Timothy Otieno (NOV - Engineer, PE) - Permanent Residency: Nov 2015 - Thank you Hein. You treated my application in a very professional and prioritised fashion. I appreciate you coming all the way down to PE from George to meet with me and review my documents. PR application is no easy task with the changes in the Immigration Act occurring right around the time I planned to apply, this became even trickier. You were constantly on the ball from the beginning, explained all the application requirements and provided timely feedback when I requested throughout the process. Thank you again and I would highly recommend your services to anyone who requires immigration advice or assistance. Kind regards, Timothy.
Sonya Moss (Creighton, KZN) - Late Birth Entry: Oct 2015 - I am so grateful that Executive Immigration was recommended to me by friends. After applying at Home Affairs for a "Late Birth Entry" in 2008 and having numerous delays, excuses and let-downs, I honestly didn't think my son would ever be able to continue residing in South Africa or obtain his Matric. Today, 28 Oct. 2015, just 3 months after speaking to Melanie for the first time, she called me with the best news ever! The birth certificate has been issued and my son is now legal, able to obtain his Matric and live the life of a normal young person. I know the lengths you went to and I will always be so grateful to you. I feel as though I have made a life-long friend...and I will definitely be calling on your services when I begin my re-application for citizenship (also originally applied for in 2008). Thank you, thank you! God Bless xx.
Marc Chong-Seng (Port Elizabeth) - Spouse of SA Citizen: Sept 2015 - To Dearest Hein & Melanie. I wish to thank you both for your assistance, kindness, friendship & generosity shown to myself & Kim, especially when it came to matters with Home Affairs/VFS relating to my permits. Without you both, I don't know what I would have done. Knowing you were handling my applications & cases brought me so much relief & managed to find a home away from home. Apologies for the choice in card, but I found it difficult to find a suitable one. When I saw the picture on cover, reminded me of you both, riding & working together happily as a team, Love Adventure! I hope we never lose touch with one another, you have been a valuable contact & friend. A huge thank you once again. I will always promote your great services to those in need. Wishing Executive Immigration everything of the best for the future. Lekker dag & God Bless - from Marc & Kim Chong-Seng.
Jamie Gibson (Fancourt, George) - Permanent Residency: Jan 2015 - Hi Hein, nice to see you again. An email reference for you. "I would have no hesitation in using Hein Stroebel for immigration services, he offers seamless one stop service where he comes to you with the documentation and effortlessly guides you through the maze for Permanent Residency. I was so grateful for Hein in obtaining my Permanent Residency and would recommend him to anyone".
David Williams (Knysna) - Holiday Extension: Nov 2014 - "Thought you would enjoy this. I did not think it appropriate to mention your name but many will work it out, I'm sure. Thank you both, Hein & Melanie for an efficient process and great outcome. Go well." Client wrote this letter to the Editor of the Cape Times and was published in the Times on 7 Jan. 2015 on page 8 - Heading: Painless Extension - I AM in the happy position of being able to give you the positive side of this subject. My wife and I arrived in Cape Town on November 2 to be told bluntly at Immigration that 90 days was the maximum allowed and no extensions were available. "You will have to go home" was the retort. We did not enter into a discussion but went to Home Affairs in George the following week, where we bumped into an authorised/recognised immigration consultant, whom we engaged on the spot, and our request for an extension was submitted through him. On January 5, we received our extension to the end of the month in which we planned to depart. Yes, it cost a bit more but it was painless and hassle-free, much less then the previous 14 years of extensions. So, it seems the system works fine when you get the correct information/advice. It would have been useful and sensible to have had a handout at major ports to inform those who were intending to stay beyond 90 days of the exact requirements and process to achieve that. Foreign nationals should not be expected to know of changes to rules and regulations in another country. The whole process of fingerprints, photos, etc. seems to have been properly set up and the professionals know how to operate within it.
Claire Grose - Life Partner of SA Citizen: Nov 2014 - " Dear Hein & Melanie, We would like to thank you both so much for all your help once again in obtaining a Spousal visa. After trying to obtain the first visa myself 5 years ago, I quickly realized that it is no easy process. We have been using Executive Immigration since and have never looked back. Their services is always outstanding and we highly recommend them to anyone for any immigration related matters."
Roy & Valerie Zeff - UK Retiree's: Oct 2014 - "Dear Hein & Melanie, We would like to thank you both so much for your professionalism and expertise in obtaining for us, our South African Permanent Residency. From the moment that we met you both, we knew that you would look after us and take us through this process step by step. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you took the time to go through the whole procedure with us and told us exactly how long it might take for us to obtain our Permanent Residency. You were always at the other end of a phone and if we ever needed any information on how our application was progressing, you were always able to let us know what was happening. Thank you once again for everything that you did for us, as we could not have done this without you both. We would certainly recommend your services to anybody that we know who requires immigration advice. Well done to Executive immigration. Kindest regards, Roy & Valerie Zeff."
Anthony Rodger - Pilot: July 2013 - "Dear Hein, I write to you to thank you for your assistance in applying for Permanent Residency in South Africa. From the start of our acquaintance, you have been courteous, professional and helpful. At times you have gone beyond the call of duty, like the time you met me at the George airport to get a form from me, or another when you met me at my hotel to pick up some documentation even though it was late and you'd been driving all day. The professionalism of your final application forms was in itself a work of the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend that in future you show ALL of your clients the finished product so that they become aware of the amount of effort you put into making our applications "stand out" from the rest and, hopefully get processed all that much quicker. I thoroughly recommend your services to anyone who does not have the time or resources to dedicate towards navigating the complex ins and outs of Home Affairs but wants the job done as well as possible. Thank you for all of your assistance, including follow-up information and questions that I still have for you now that the application has been submitted. Yours sincerely, Anthony"

Erwin Blaak (Canadian Missionary) - Victory Christian Church: November 2010 - "I am a Canadian Missionary working in South Africa for the last four years. When I needed help applying for work visas for myself and my wife, and student visas for my four children, I called Hein from Executive Immigration. With the often confusing process of acquiring work visas in South Africa, Hein was able to help us out. He was able to deal with Home Affairs for us and helped us acquire the work visas required for us to stay here in South Africa. I would recommend Hein's services to anyone seeking to live and work in South Africa. He is able to get the results you need."
Theunis van den Berg (Regional HR Manager) - PG Bison: August 2008 - "This serves to confirm that Hein Stroebel from Executive Immigration provided his services to the company with regards to obtaining a work permit for a Mexican citizen with a doctorate degree in forestry, a scarce skill in South Africa, to work on our plantations as a Tree Breeding Manager. Hein managed to successfully complete this project in a short period of time and with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. He was cooperative and went out of his way to provide a service. The administration staff were equally helpful and friendly. We have pleasure in recommending Hein and his company to anyone requiring the services they offer."
